This workshop invites participants to explore the theme of senses through mindful meditation and creative art-making.
Feel the soothing textures of art materials, listen to calming sounds, and connect deeply with your inner world in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
