Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Delivery

  • We send out every order securely with parcel tracking via Sendle. We will email you a tracking number on dispatch so you can keep track of your order.

    Standard delivery costs $10 and arrives within 3-5 business days to most areas.

    Express delivery costs $15 and arrives within 1-2 business days to most areas.

  • Store pickup is free and takes 2-3 business days to process.

    We will send you an email when it is ready to be picked up from reception at One&All Hub at 11 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery.

    Please collect your order from us between the following hours:

    Monday 10AM - 3PM

    Tuesday 10AM - 3PM

    Wednesday 10AM - 3PM

    Thursday 10AM - 3PM

  • At this time we are only able to deliver orders to addresses within Australia.

  • Yes! You can still purchase a product from the rack straight from us when visiting the Hub. We will take your card or cash payment on the spot.

  • Please get in touch with our staff at shop@oneandallhub.org and include your name and order number in the email so that we can help you resolve the issue and ensure we get your package to you or arrange a replacement if necessary.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • As we are a start-up charity, unfortunately we do not accept returns and refunds for change of mind.

  • In the unlikely event your products arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, we’d be happy to arrange a replacement for you, however we cannot offer a refund.

    We offer 2 return and replacement options:

    1. Return your order in person to One&All Hub (11 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery) and select a replacement

    2. Ask us to email you a shipping label to print onto the original packing and have it picked up by a Sendle driver. We will then endeavour to dispatch your replacement order (selected via email/phone with One&All staff) as soon as possible (in line with standard delivery times above).

    Neither option incurs a fee for the customer.

    To help us resolve your issue quickly, please forward your order confirmation email to us with a brief description of the problem.
