This practice invites us to explore sensory connections that bring delight and joy. By embracing curiosity through touch, smell, hearing, and taste, we cultivate mindfulness and foster a sense of ease and relaxation.
We close the practice with creative, visual self-reflection and dive into the imaginative world with art therapy to experience the sense of belonging while supporting emotional well-being.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
