Yoga and Art Therapy with Nissa

Movement and creativity go hand in hand. In Sketch and Stretch individuals will explore the connection between breathing, body awareness, and creative expression. Using gentle stretches, deep breathing exercises, and guided mark-making, this workshop supports relaxation, stress reduction, and confidence in artistic self-expression.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

As a meditation coach, yoga teacher, energetic healer, mindful therapeutic artist and sound healer, Nissa integrates mindfulness practices, therapeutic yoga, and the science of self-compassion to promote mental and physical health. Find out more here.


Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
