Strength and coordination are key to living independently and feeling confident in movement. In Momentum, individuals will engage in structured exercises that enhance balance, core stability, and endurance. Whether it’s improving posture, building flexibility, or developing overall body control, this workshop is designed to be adaptive and supportive for all ability levels.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Bright Wellness provides support with health and fitness to people with disabilities. Ben and his team specialise in delivering exercise programs that are tailored to the specific needs of our participants. He believes in creating modifications to training methods to make fitness accessible and engaging for all. Find out more here.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
