Come on a sensory journey to connect and express your emotions and creativity in this movement based course which uses body connection to explore our inner and outer worlds. Through a variety of interactive sensation-al activities you will expand your awareness, dive into your imagination and explore your creativity.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
