Ever woken up from a dream that felt so real, but you couldn’t quite put it into words? DreamScape helps bring those dreamlike experiences to life using guided meditation and visual storytelling. Individuals will tap into their subconscious through breathing techniques, visualisation exercises, and artistic exploration, turning emotions into abstract or figurative artworks.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Jemm has been working in holistic health, wellness and therapy for over 15 years. With an Advanced Diploma of Transpersonal Art Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, as well as Vendanta (Vedic and Ayurvedic) studies, she is skilled in facilitating workshops which include breathwork, chakra energy balance, guided meditation, visualisation and movement. Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!

Please note that our workshops are currently not available as drop-in sessions, but we’d love to have you as part of our vibrant community on the days that work best for you!
