CLAYMATES
Ceramics for Social Enterprise with Sam
Clay work is both calming and skill-building—it engages the senses, strengthens hand coordination, and fosters creativity. In Claymates, individuals will use hand-building and sculpting techniques to create functional or decorative ceramic pieces, such as bowls, plates, or abstract sculptures. This workshop encourages focus, patience, and hands-on creativity while providing a therapeutic sensory experience.
KEY OUTCOMES:
✔ Improved fine motor coordination and dexterity
✔ Confidence in creating functional and decorative art
✔ A structured but expressive space for creative exploration
