BEATS OF BELONING

Music and Movement with Keila

Music and movement connect us beyond words—they tell stories, express emotions, and bring people together. In Beats of Belonging, individuals will explore different cultural rhythms and dance styles, developing confidence in coordinated movement, social connection, and sensory awareness. This inclusive and interactive workshop is designed to encourage self-expression and a sense of belonging.

KEY OUTCOMES:

✔ Improved coordination, balance, and body awareness
✔ Greater confidence in movement-based self-expression
✔ A deeper appreciation for cultural diversity and community connection
