Intake Assessment – NDIS Participants

If you are NDIS funded you will need to complete an intake assessment with us before you can attend any of our programs at the One&All Hub.

During this assessment we'll talk about your accomplishments, potential and abilities so we can get a deeper understanding of your requirements for support before you participate in our programs. It’ll take about an hour to fully assess how the One&All Hub can best facilitate your potential and meet your expectations of our programs, as well as answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about One&All.

We want to ensure everyone who participates in our programs feels included, fulfilled and empowered to create, socialise, up-skill and experience our creative hub wholeheartedly.
